Terms of Use
The rules of the house.
These terms cover Family Cloud, a private place for one household to keep files, talk, and watch things together. They were last updated on 7 November 2026. Using the space means you accept them.
The household
A household is the people who share the place. One person opens it. Others join only when someone already inside invites them. You will not open the space to the public, sell seats in it, or pretend it is a service for strangers.
Your key
The email and password are the key. You keep them to yourself, and you tell us if you think someone else is using them. We may close a key that is shared outside the household, guessed in public, or used to harm someone.
Files, calls, and the screen
Folders, calls, and playback are for the household. You keep the rights to what you put there. You give the household permission to view, listen, and keep copies of what you place in a shared folder or on the screen. Calls are between the people in them. Do not record a person who has not agreed.
What does not belong
Do not use Family Cloud to break the law, to hurt someone, or to store or share anything you have no right to keep. Do not attempt to break the lock, probe other households, or overload the space. We may remove a thing that does not belong, and we may close the house if the misuse continues.
The space can change
Folders, calls, and playback can be interrupted for repair. We may change how a room works, and we may change these terms. If we do, the date at the top of this page will change. Continuing to use the house after that means you accept the new terms.
Leaving
You may leave when you want. We may close a household that has been quiet for a long time, or one that breaks these terms. Closing the house removes the key. Copies you already downloaded stay with you. Copies still inside the house are deleted within a reasonable time.
A quiet limit
Family Cloud is offered as a private household space. To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for lost files, a missed call, or a film that does not play. Nothing here takes away a right the law says we cannot take away.
